The location is ideal almost city centre, although there is a large busy road outside this did not cause any issues. This is my friend and I have stayed here before, it is close to both train and bus stations, there is pub across the road which does excellent food, the hotel is also excellent value. We had a room booked before covid and we were able to rebook not just once but twice without too much of an issue, we were eventually able to the concert we had planned and to have not lost any money through the lockdowns etc was greatly appreciated. I also find it a great thing that checkout is not until 12.00.

Stayed for the Pantera gig at the arena. About 15 minutes walk away from the arena and ten minutes from the train station. Right next to the centre so loads of food and drink options. Theres a communal area in the foyer where you can grab a beer and snack if you want. Clean, comfortable, powerful shower, plain and simple. This is the definition of getting what you pay for. For 50 quid, a decent and comfy nights sleep after a gig. Highly recommended if you just want to get your head down for a night, especially if you're on your own. Rooms are great size for one person, quite compact.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the train and bus stations and a 10/15 minute walk from the city centre, Corn Exchange, Kirkgate market and huge shopping malls. The hotel is budget, feels like an upmarket hostel. Beds and bedding were clean. A bit more attention to room corners would be good. Breakfast was OK: croissants, petits pains, cereal and toast, cheese and ham. On Sunday morning, yoghurt and apples were on offer, they were not on offer the 2 other mornings we were at the hotel. Staff really helpful and well informed about the city.

bed very comfortable shower was brilliant Desk Staff ,security guy ,cleaners and not forgetting the taxi driver who drove us to the train station they are all lovely friendly people. I am org from Leeds now live in Australia and next time we are over for holidays I will most definitely book in there again, I just hope it's all the same staff are still there it would be lovely to see them. Microwave, tea coffee machines down in reception were great for my early morning cuppa. If I could give it 20 out of 10 I would ❤ 😍

Patricia

We only needed somewhere to get our head down after a night in the town city. The hotel was close to the centre and the price we paid was very reasonable for what we got. Yes the rooms are only small but clean and have everything you need to freshen up and put your down. If you want five star accommodation then this place will not be for you and stay elsewhere where you will pay five star prices. Car park is close by in the NCP car park where you get a discount price of £9.50 for 24 hours.
